I’m Kendall, a homeschool mom to four amazing humans who has become passionate about faith, family, and helping women feel like themselves again.

For years, I poured everything into my family, teaching lessons at the kitchen table, cooking meals from scratch, managing the never-ending to-do list...and somewhere along the way, I stopped taking care of me.

I started struggling with constant stomach issues, zero energy, and mood swings that made me feel like I didn’t even recognize myself. I told myself it was just part of motherhood…until my health hit a wall. IBS was stealing my joy, my hormones were out of control, and I found myself counting down the hours each day until bedtime.
