
I’m Kendall, a homeschool mom to four amazing humans who has become passionate about faith, family, and helping women feel like themselves again.
For years, I poured everything into my family, teaching lessons at the kitchen table, cooking meals from scratch, managing the never-ending to-do list...and somewhere along the way, I stopped taking care of me.
I started struggling with constant stomach issues, zero energy, and mood swings that made me feel like I didn’t even recognize myself. I told myself it was just part of motherhood…until my health hit a wall. IBS was stealing my joy, my hormones were out of control, and I found myself counting down the hours each day until bedtime.
I began digging into how the body works, especially the connection between gut health, hormones, and energy, and started using natural tools to support my body instead of just masking symptoms. Little by little, things shifted. My digestion calmed, my energy came back, the brain fog lifted, and for the first time in years, I felt like me again.
Through this natural approach, I’ve lost 50 pounds, balanced my hormones, and gained a whole new level of confidence...not because of a fad or a quick fix, but because I finally learned how to work with my body instead of against it.
Now, it’s my mission to help other women do the same: to simplify health, to take the confusion out of “wellness,” and to remind you that it’s not too late to feel amazing in your own skin.
